2 lemon slices plus a sprig of rosemary and ice to serve
Method
Fill a glass with ice. Add Hobsons Distillery Gin and lime juice. Then top with good quality tonic water. Garnish with 2 slices of lime and a sprig of rosemary, (the rosemary adds some savoury tones to compliment the native botanicals in the gin)
