Our first purchase from Hobsons was the dry gin which was absolutely delicious mixed with with an elderflower mixer. Have since purchased the plum cafe and mixed it with grapefruit as per the owner's recommendation and it was fantastic. I think this will be the drink for this summer.

The Hobsons distillery Gin is awesome. My wife loves the classic but my favourite is the barrel aged gin - it is a special drink. At the owners suggestion I have also tried the plum/cafe gin, with a splash of grapefruit and soda it will be my go to drink this summer.

I've tried their Dry gin and their Apple gin. The dry had a beautiful aroma and the Botanicals came through both neat and with tonic. The apple gin was something new to me. It was refreshing and will work great on ice or as a cocktail ingredient. Highly recommend.
