In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine equal parts of Hobsons Gin, Bitter Aperitif Liqueur, and Sweet Vermouth. Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until it's well chilled. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Express an orange peel over the glass to release its oils, then drop it into the drink as garnish. Serve the cocktail immediately.
