Plum Cafe gin is contemporary gin distilled with citrus, Tasmanian pepper berry, cacao and coffee. It is then infused with Davidson Plum providing a tart, pink gin with mild coffee notes coming through at mid-palette. This gin is best used in cocktails or flavoured sodas and pairs really well with grapefruit.
