If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of shipping for the return if Hobsons Distillery is at fault (e.g., if the wrong product is shipped). We offer redelivery if the product is damaged in transit, free of charge.
If your product must be returned to us, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received by us.
Hobsons Distillery does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. You agree that you cannot change or cancel an order once you have placed it.
