Mango Wakame Gin

This a fruit gin with a twist. It is produced using a Dry gin base containing Wakame as a botanical, which has then been infused with Mango. The mango stands out at the fore taste and then the wakame influences the palette, providing a sweet, savoury (Umame) tasting profile.

This is a great gin with seafood or rich savoury plates, such as Korean BBQ.
